Features:

1. One 20L pressure, heating and stirring hopper.
2. Precise piston filling system, driven by motor.
3. Rotary shaft filling switch PUMP, wear-resistant and low loss.
4. Fill 12pcs each time.
5. Filling methods can be chosen fixed filling or diving filling.
6. With nozzle retracting function to keep bottle neck clean.
7. Pump stirring device to prevent glitter or pearl powder settled.
8. Bottle checking system, no bottle no filling.
9. Servo capping system. Set torque, number of turns and speed can be separately set from the touch screen. Once reached the set torque value, the capping unit will stop automatically to avoid damage the bottle cap.
10. Capping clamping jaw can be adjusted according to the bottle height and made according to the shape of bottle cap.
